Supernatural

Supernatural is a subscription-based VR fitness platform that delivers immersive workouts through the Meta Quest ecosystem. Our agency partnered with the team from pre-launch through rapid growth, building the performance marketing and attribution infrastructure that helped scale the business through its acquisition by Meta.

  • The Supernatural team needed a digital marketing partner to help launch and scale a new category of fitness experience inside VR. Because the app lived within the Quest ecosystem, traditional mobile attribution for downloads was unavailable, making it difficult to measure how paid media drove installs and subscriptions. They needed a partner who could both build a reliable attribution solution and run high-performance paid media across multiple platforms while acting as an embedded extension of their internal marketing team.

    • Measurement Plan and Execution: We partnered with a vetted measurement provider to implement a custom attribution framework that could connect paid media exposure to installs and subscriptions by leveraging a mobile companion app.

    • With measurement in place, we launched and scaled a full-funnel performance marketing program across Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, Apple Search Ads, and Bing to drive awareness, installs, and subscription growth.

    • To maximize efficiency, we established a structured creative testing framework in partnership with Supernatural’s creative agency—continuously iterating on messaging, visuals, and workout experiences to identify the highest-performing ad concepts.

    • Beyond campaign execution, we embedded ourselves as Supernatural’s head of digital marketing—overseeing media strategy, measurement, creative testing, and channel expansion while building the growth engine that would support the company’s rapid scale.
